Nido Polignano

A hotel website that books itself.

Nido Polignano is a twelve-room boutique hotel carved into the cliffs above the sea in Polignano a Mare. The owners had been running on a third-party booking platform that took a commission on every reservation and gave them no direct relationships with their guests. We designed a full website and booking experience focused on direct bookings. After nine months, direct bookings had risen to 67% of total rooms and the commission spend had dropped by over half.

Local produce, designed to ship nationally.

Salento Market is a family-run business selling certified organic produce from Salento farms direct to households across Italy. Their old website had been built on a generic platform and looked like every other organic food site. We designed a complete e-commerce experience that reflected the character of the farms and products. Conversion rate increased from 1.9% to 3.8% in the first four months after relaunch.

Tour bookings up 3x. Same tours, better website.

Baroque Tours offers guided tours of the Baroque cities of Puglia. The product is excellent. The previous website did not do it justice: long blocks of text, no clear booking path, mobile almost unusable. We redesigned the site around the booking journey, added a clear itinerary presentation, and made mobile the priority. Tour bookings via website tripled in the first season.

Straight answers

You receive the Figma source file, all assets exported in the agreed formats (SVG, PNG, WebP), and a developer specification document. The spec document covers spacing values, colour tokens, font weights, and component behaviour notes. For Growth and Agency packages, this also includes a video walkthrough call.
No. All our services are design only. We deliver in Figma. We do not do development, hosting, or domain registration. If you need a development partner, we can introduce you to developers we have worked with successfully.
The Launch package covers one page. Growth covers up to ten pages. Agency is unlimited. Service pages for e-commerce typically cover homepage, collection page, product detail page, cart, and checkout as the core templates. Additional page types are scoped in the brief.
That is fine and common. For projects without existing branding, we start with the brand identity phase. The brand mini-kit is included in the Launch package. The Growth and Agency packages include a full brand identity system. If you want brand design as a standalone service, see our Brand Identity page.
