3. Nature of Services

All services are delivered digitally. Deliverables are Figma design files with developer specs and exported assets.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering via Stripe. Prices are in Euros.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon payment, design rights transfer to the client. We reserve the right to display work in our portfolio.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law.
