You receive the Figma source file, all assets exported in the agreed formats (SVG, PNG, WebP), and a developer specification document. The spec document covers spacing values, colour tokens, font weights, and component behaviour notes. For Growth and Agency packages, this also includes a video walkthrough call.
No. All our services are design only. We deliver in Figma. We do not do development, hosting, or domain registration. If you need a development partner, we can introduce you to developers we have worked with successfully.
The Launch package covers one page. Growth covers up to ten pages. Agency is unlimited. Service pages for e-commerce typically cover homepage, collection page, product detail page, cart, and checkout as the core templates. Additional page types are scoped in the brief.
That is fine and common. For projects without existing branding, we start with the brand identity phase. The brand mini-kit is included in the Launch package. Revision rounds are included in every package. A revision round is a set of written feedback requests from you, followed by our updates delivered within three business days. If a revision requests a structural change not in the original brief, we will discuss scope before implementing. The number of revision rounds per package is shown on the pricing page.
Yes. We are based in Mesagne, near Brindisi, but all our work is delivered digitally and we work with clients across Italy and Europe. Communication is in English or Italian via email and video calls.
